I'm 4 weeks postpartum and exclusively pumping and every single time I pump my letdown HURTS. I cringe and close my eyes and wait for the 10 seconds of pain to be over with. Lol whyyyy

Is it pain in your breast or in your nipple? For about 2 weeks there my letdown felt like electric eels were zapping my boobs! But it went away after a while.
