Help is appreciated

So, accidentally tossed my "safe to take" during pregnancy medicine list and I am sick as a dog. Dr office is closed and I feel silly calling the emergency line to ask this question, but does anyone know what we are allowed to take along the lines of cold/flu/cough medication? I never try to take anything while pregnant, but I am miserable and becoming desperate for some sort of relief. Thanks!
