pumping and bottle feeding

For those of you who pump and bottle feed how did you get started? Did you pump and breastfeed at the same time? Or did you supplement just to get a small stash built up?

I'm thinking of switching to pumping and bottlefeeding (I've been ebf for the past 5 weeks and it just isn't working out well)

I tried to pump and feed but barely got anything after a feeding and there are times my son wants to eat every hour-2 hours and then I really got nothing afterwards

Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!
