Omg might be pregnant

So I have missed a few birth control pills a few weeks ago and last week I had what seemed to be fertile cm and we had sex the day before. Then today 8 days later I have been spotting and having intermittent light cramping. Last weekend my mother in law asked if I was pregnant again and my friend mentioned on the same day that I had a pregnant look about me again! I spotted 9 dpo with my son for weeks and I am slightly freaking out!!!
