Moving her to her room

So we decided to move her to her room tonight. And I am worried and could not sleep thinking what if she started crying and I could not hear her. How do you mom's cope with this fear in the first few days and when did you move you lil bundle of joy to their own room ? She is almost 8 months old.but she doesn't sleep through the night. She still wakes up at 12,2,4 sometimes 6 and then at 8. Any advice is appreciated. TIA
