awful braxton hicks

I always get one or two Braxton hicks after I have sex, they've been uncomfortable and somewhat painful in the past.. But holy cow I just had the worst one ever. I have never felt so much pain in my life! It had me crippled over it hurt so bad. I don't know how I'm going to handle labor, I can't imagine anything hurting worse than this! I had an unmediated birth planned... That last Braxton hicks literally changed my mind on that haha I feel like SUCH a wimp..😭😰😰
