I Think I Found The One...

My boyfriend and I have only been officially dating for two months (our three month is tomorrow), but we talk about our future marriage and kids and everything all the time. He wants to get me a promise ring before he leaves for boot camp, and he wants to know what I want in an engagement ring. He wants to take me to a jewelry store to get me sized!  I'm just worried that he's not serious, or he'll back out because we've only been dating for such a short time. Is it too soon to be actively taking steps towards marriage like this?
