Teen pregnancy

After getting over the shock of actually being pregnant at almost 19 ( before anyone says I was on birth control) I'm excited to be having a baby but im also so worried about beginning to tell people. Some many people on this app give people a hard time for having a baby young. I'm dreading what people will think who I know. Before anyone jumps at me I've been with my partner three years (since I was 15) and we have been very careful and I have been on contraception for almost three years but after all this time it failed me. I didn't plan on having a baby this young but I have finished with school and college and have a job as does my partner. We can both drive also. I'm just wondering how people deal with the negative comments because as much as people say I don't care what people think deep down we do all care what others think of us. Advice would be greatly appreciated , thank you in advance.
