That looks like conjunctivitis if take him to docotors ASAP for prescription. If that's not conjunctivitis I'll be suprirsed. It causes gunky/crusty eyes and swollen eyes

My son's eye looks similar and I've been told it's likely a clogged tear duct, but we're taking him to the doctor on Monday for a checkup anyway so we'll find out for sure then.

My son had the same think yesterday the doctor diagnosed pink eye

I'd call the doctor. My sons eye looked a lot like this and although I was honking pink eye it was actually a clogged duct. Either way, worth a trip to the doctors
