I get so irritated when...

someone calls an unmedicated birth a "natural birth." For goodness sake, ALL births are natural! You're either A) pushing a tiny human out of your vagina or B) having a c-section! It doesn't get any more raw than that! So, please remember, whether you have an epidural or not, all births are natural. The correct term is unmedicated.
