MC but no bleeding???

Question

Has anyone had the doctors tell them they are probably losing the baby due to levels dropping but  no spotting or bleeding of any kind?? I am 4 weeks today so still early.

My SIL had a MC and never had bleeding or cramping. She was 9 weeks and they couldn't find a heartbeat after seeing it at 6 weeks. She had to get a DNC. This isn't to say you're having one. You could always wait and test again to make sure.

I went in for a routine ultrasound at 7w1d and they said I was having a miscarriage. Never bled or anything before that. 1 week later I miscarried the baby. Sending prayers and love
