Vent about spotting!!

I have had two very healthy pregnancies which led to two healthy and wonderful daughters. I am 30, and am 7 weeks pregnanct. For the last 3 weeks I have had brown, pink and red spotting and bleeding on and off. My hcg levels continue to rise and I heard and saw my LO's heart beat last Wednesday. It was strong at 110. But today I had a big amount of red blood come out and lasted for about 15 mins. No cramping or clotting, but blood for apparently no reason. I am getting so frustrated and annoyed. I have no idea why sometimes I go days without anything, then some days I will have spotting once and then today a big hush of blood and then back to normal. I am not allowed to exercise or have sex until the spotting goes away, I feel emotionally and physically exhausted and my morning sickness lasts all day and I have been vomiting with it. This pregnancy is so unlike my last two and I am just so ready for all of the bleeding and uncertainty to end. Vent over.
