vaginal clicking

This sounds awful but I'm 9 weeks postpartum and my vaginal opening makes a "clicking" sound every time I walk. It's not far up my vagina... it seems like it's coming from closer to the opening. It's extremely embarrassing!! I assume everyone around me can hear it. Is/has anyone else experienced this and if so ... does it go away?
