confused!!

We have been TTC for 5 months now. I posted a few days ago that I got a VFL on a hpt. I then posted that I got a negative on a digital. Still no period and 5 days late (I'm never this late). Well I had an excess of cm and took an ovulation test bc I just had an inkling and bam! See the pic. I'm so confused!!! I will call my dr on Monday but doubt I'll sleep til then...
