is anyone else constipated ????

Is any one else constipated to the point they feel nauseated and can not eat 😭😭😭 I didn't think I would feel like this with pregnancy but it's horrible I wanna cry so bad because how uncomfortable I am. I just wanna eatttttt and feel normal again !!!! 😩😫😭😪😢

Mine isn't that bad but I always feel like I have to poop but no matter how hard I try.... nothing. Everntually thankfully it happens. Hope it gets better for you!!

I had to take a couple stool softeners. What relief! But was very temporary

I have been getting contipated so my midwife has advices me to start taking a probiotic (pb8). The cheapest and best one I found I ordered on amazon. Talk to your doctor first and see if this may help you.

Omg yes two days. Yesterday I couldn't hardly eat my stomach was so upset from it and it didn't come out til tonight after walking around doing pictures and eating dinner. I'm 8 weeks what about you?

Omg the last few days have been like that and when the milk of magnesia finally worked I have never been so happy to have diarrhea in my life!  I sent my husband out for apples, prune juice, senokot, ginger ale right before the milk of magnesia started working. It took about 26 hours to kick in but I feel so much better finally! I'm keeping all of the other stuff I had him get though. Just in case.

I poop about once a week now since becoming pregnant and it is miserable. My doctor said to have a glass of water with miralax and take colace everyday. It's safe to use stool softeners but not laxatives. Also walking daily helps to move your bowels.
