Daycare germs

My baby has a cold. Appeared Friday. Getting better. She goes back to daycare tomorrow. Any tricks for warding off germs? I give her a bath after each day and am diligent about keeping her clothes clean of course. I wash her toys reguarly. Just give her hard toys for the car ride home that are easy to wash. Her bedding at daycare gets washed once a week. She has been going 3 days a week but may have to go more. She has been going 5 weeks and has had an ear infection and now a cold. This is us in a steamy bathroom last night to clear her nose. Wish I could quit my job!
