To me, a 3some sounds good in theory but in reality I know I don't share very well. Lol

The only advice I can give you is talk about it with your bf. Set ground rules for both of you. Can he kiss her? Can he only get a BJ or can he actually have sex with her? Can he only watch you two, not touch? You both need to be comfortable with the ground rules, and have a safe word to call it off if someone gets uncomfortable in the moment.

Then, when you have picked the 3rd member (I wouldn't recommend a friend that you see all the time, that's asking for things to be awkward), talk with her about the ground rules you already have and any she would like to add.

This isn't something that should be thrown together when you're all drunk one night. There should be several discussions at several different times. When it does happen, you should all be totally comfortable knowing the others will follow the rules.

You can make rules as in he cant touch her.. my ex (was an ex when this happened too) tried to get me to have a 3some with him and his gf but i was not allowed to touch him i was only allowed to make out with his gf nothing else neither were to touch me other then the making out... i didnt do it because that sounded really boring to me but if you play with her and let her play with you it would be better lol talk to him tell him what your feeling if you dont wanna do it dont do it
