help?!

Okay, so on the day before ovulation my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. One day left before lovely Aunt Flo comes to visit. I had a bit of a pink tint to my toilet paper last night (could have been seeing things as well since I was extremely tired). I have some pregnancy symptoms but I don't know if I'm just over thinking it or what. I have somewhat darker areolas, super sore breasts, watery cervical mucus, nausea like crazy, food cravings, and lower back aches off and on throughout the day. Decreased sex drive (it's usually sky high at this time) and a decreased appetite. Could I possibly be pregnant. Some of these symptoms I NEVER have before Aunt Flo comes for a visit. Please help!
