Too early for an implantation dip, right?

This was just quite the dip! Today, I had some sort of spasm on the left side of my abdomen, but I also have some health issues that may have caused that. This is my first month TTC and doing all of this and i have'n't gotten much help on this app. If you have any insight, please help!

Implantation dips on charts usually occur when implantation usually takes place (most common day is 9dpo) but it ranges from 6-12dpo looks too early to be an implantation dip and from my experience just don't look into dips and spikes on a chart as they do literally mean nothing! Unless it's 18 days of consecutive high temps and u have a triphasic pattern it may (and I stress MAY) indicate a pregnancy. I had a great looking chart last month temps all high and a dip on 7dpo and boom as always af showed! Don't stress over the tiny things just take it as it comes. Good luck
