Mom's with GERD babies! HELP!

What did your babies act like and what we're their symptoms? I think my baby girl (3 months on Oct. 11) has GERD and I've tried just about everything to comfort her, she's been like this since about 5 weeks old and I thought she was just a difficult baby until someone told me they thought she might have severe reflux.

Her symptoms:

-Constantly crying

-Pulling away from bottle & breast

-Spit up (at least 12 times a day on a good day)

-frequent hiccups

-vomiting

-thrashing from side to side when you put a bottle in her mouth but screams from hunger

-eats small amounts several times a day

-wet nasty burps

We've tried:

-keeping her upright for 30 min after a feed

-wedges in beds

-staying off of being flat on her back

-switching formulas

-no dairy diet

-burping every 2 ounces

I scheduled her a doctor's appointment on the 4th but is there anything else I can do for her until then? It seems like they only time she's not crying is when she's sleeping :(
