question about plan b !!

I took plan b the 28th of June the next day after my period was over, the condom broke. Then the next week I started bleeding again and I discovered that it was bleeding from the plan b cause it only lasted 3 days and it was different from my actual period and I did a lot of research. Any ways on Sunday July 3rd I took it again because my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and I know I should be ovulating soon but I wasn't sure if the plan b I took a week and half before would have messed with the ovulating but to be sure I took that one on July 3rd. And now up until today I have not to have my period. It's been over 3 months without it and I have taken pregnancy test but they all come back negative. Is my period not here because the plan b? ( I know it isn't good to take it so many times, please don't lecture about it) could I sill have ovulated these few months even tho I haven't gotten my period?? Someone please help and give me some input on what's going on ?  2 weeks ago I had brown discharge and then for about a week after the discharge I was having very light blood spots but not enough to get on my underwear.
