feeling very discouraged

I had an ECV this morning for my transverse baby and as I left the hospital I could feel her shift back sideways and now I feel so sad and discouraged because it means I'll have to have a c-section. I've never had any major nor minor surgery at that and I'm terrified. I put myself through the pain of the ECV and now every time I feel my baby move I feel bruised and it was all for nothing 😔😔. I know many women have c-sections and everything will be fine but I'm just terrified and feel so sad about the whole thing 😢😢
