Caffeine when pregnant , side effects...?

So here's my dumb question. I'm 25+3 pregnant and been told by someone that I shouldn't have any caffeine at all when I drink at least two cups of tea a day. Am I okay drinking that ? What does having caffeine do or what effect does it have on you / baby ???

Side effects of caffeine for me are I actually have enough care to do things I need to do. I have coffee, tea and soda and have through out my pregnancy. I don't really keep track of how much I have and my baby is perfectly healthy

Anything that you take in is fine in moderation.. as long your cups arent huge cups youl be fine

The recommended limit is under 200mg. I have heard that if you have too much it can construct blood flow though the placenta which you obviously don't want, but as long as it's in moderation, you're fine.

200 mg or less is safe. If you drink too much caffine, baby can get heart arrthymhia, etc....

You can have 200mg of caffeine a day. So tea, coffee, soda, or whatever. Go for it. It's not going to do anything to you or baby.

I can down a small caramel mocha Frapachino from Starbucks in 5 min (I was to tired I thought I was dying) and my baby girl didn't even wake up and dance for me.
