advice please!!

I have had a lot more back pain this pregnancy. Lately I have had pelvic pain, (I'm sure he is getting that ready for his arrival), but since early this morning I have had sciatic pain I believe... it hurts in my lower back, down my left butt cheek, down my leg too.. I'm fixing to take a hot bath, but what are some other ways to get relief.. I have a 3 yr old so I can't soak all day lol .
