Flushed face and freezing hands 4 DPO

I am 4 DPO, have sore nipples and heavy feeing in my breasts. I have been having slight pain in the left side for a few days and extreme amounts of CM (was egg white and not watery). Just curious if this could be a VERY early sign of pregnancy? I know typically no signs until the egg implants and that typically takes from 6-12 days after ovulation, but just curious if these could be signs? Thanks in advance!
