Is this rape?

I have this friend and when she was 8 her 13 year old cousin had groomed her into doing certain sexual activities. He would start caressing her and she resented it but not long after she sought after it and a lot more. She let him put objects inside her, had oral sex, hand jobs, masturbating, beatings and makeouts. He got sent away when he was caught. She went to a rape group counseling but she never shared anything. She's 14 and she doesn't know if it's rape because she wanted to do it, she feels so guilty. I want to help her but I'm just as confused. She's doing horrible and has been through so much other stuff than the abuse. She's been on the spectrum, bullied, cutting, parental marriage issues, PTSD, and dysthymia. She wanted to kill herself last night. I don't know what to do!😭
