Unfinished nursery?

Okay so i feel like everyone else is way more prepared than me. I am really angry about my "nursery". So i currently live at my mums house, she wants me to stay with her till bubba is about a year old, which was fine. Till a whole situation between my mum and dad came about, and my mum has to move out with my sisters and my dad wants this house back (they recently split up back in march). My mum cant afford a house big enough for me to go with her, so my dad said i can still stay here till i find a place for myself. Anyway, the top floor of the house is for me and my baby, theres two rooms. The small room is my babys room, but she wont be sleeping in there, she will be in my room and her room will purely be just for her stuff. It was an absolute mess when i started clearing stuff out and decorating, and i finally got to a point where it was reasonable enough that i just wanted to put her things in there and organise it. I went and stayed away at the weekend, came back and the below pictures is how my dad had left the room that i had already organised. I was the one who painted the whole room, he took all the baby stuff out to do a FOURTH coat of paint on the walls which didnt need doing at all, and then has left all the stuff how it is in the pictures and put a load of other bags and boxes in there too. I had already hung stuff on the walls, sorted the cupboards and put stuff on the shelves and he has literally just taken it all down for nothing. I hve no energy as it is and i cant believe he has done this, do i have a right to be angry? i know its not my house but the room was fine how it was shes not even ever going to be in here its just a room for her clothes pretty much. The stuff on the shelves in the photo i had literally just put back there just before taking it, just to get them out the way
