hemmoriods

I got hemmoriods like a week after my baby was born. Tried a bunch of things and they finally went away and then they came back and now I've had them for like a month and nothing helps! I've tried baths, creams, witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, hemmoriods  suppositories. So painful and bleed every time 😭
