The hook effect? PLEASE HELP!!

So im kind of freaking out, i havent done a hpt in about a week today i am 6w 3d, i took a test maybe 15 mins ago. When i took all of my 8 tests, my control line was alot lighter than my test line. When i just took my test my control line was darker than my test line. Could this be the hook effect happening? Or is it possible that i could be misscarring? I don't have any cramps or bleeding, i woke up with my normal morning sickness just not as bad... has this happened to anyone who's around the same weeks of pregnancy as me? Please help!!
