bleeding after being fingered

So today was the first time I've ever been fingered, well really the first time anything has been In my vagina. It didn't hurt but it wasn't an amazing feeling neither. I was kind of sore after not really tho. When I went to pee it'd burn a little but I think that was because before he actually went in my pants he was doing everything above. Anyway so when I'd wipe there'd be a little spotting. Not bad. He wasn't doing anything rough so what could've made me bleed or spot I should say.
