10 weeks and can't sleep
So I'm 10 weeks and 1 day today.
Pretty much the whole of last week and now last night, it's taken me ages to get off to sleep. I wake up several times during the night aswell and when I wake up, I'm awake for ages!! I woke up this morning with a pounding headache and was vomiting so called in sick at work.
I've tried all morning to get some extra sleep but I just can't.
Is anyone else suffering with their sleep?
I feel so exhausted all the time😖😴
