one blocked Fallopian tube after laparoscopy surgery

Hi everyone I have been trying to conceive my second baby to give our daughter a sibling for about two years now. Didn't even try with the first and got pregnant . Been dealing with pelvic pains for a while turns out my entire left tube is blocked any chances of getting pregnant with only one and can anyone give me options of what should be done next
