Is this my mucus plug?

This was a photo I found online that looked exactly like mine (except mine was more white) at 31w 5d, I'm now 32 weeks and haven't noticed it since or had anything else happen like contractions but was curious if I should be worried and get it checked out?

Answer

Your mucous plug can regenterate so unless you are having contractions or pain, you are probably fine. I lost mine different times with all of mine. But it wasn't until I was activity contracting and having bleeding with it that I was in labor.
