Yes, I said I love AF! I have to be grateful that she is on time every month. That shows that nothing is wrong with my body, that I know of. I have to look at the bright side of things to get me through the heartbreak.  But I hate AF because she shows her ugly face!! I thought for sure that this was my month. Going on month 4. Ive been sad all day. Any advice? I track, I know the body signs, but does anyone have other tricks that I can try next month?
