What ways do you think we can end institutional racism ?

That is a great question.  Really don't know. It needs to stop NOW. Did you hear about Terrance Crutcher? He went to my school and now he is gone because a police woman saw a black man and thought he was up to no good. Now four precious little kids are without their dad.

Become an activist, dedicate time and passion to it. Let people know when they are being racist. If you are qualified, work in government or politics to create a more diverse government. Participate in protests, and demonstrations (peaceful or not, whatever you feel safe doing, anger over institutionalized racism is a valid reaction to what has been going on).

(Also, these are just suggestions of what I have seen in regards to fighting these injustices, as a white woman I have not experienced systematic racism so I cannot truly speak from experience. If anyone has anything else to add please do, or tell me if something I do is racist or offensive. While I am passionately against these injustices it's also important I do not speak over those who actually face these issues. )
