what would you ladies do ?

I had my little one back in June my period did not come until I stopped breastfeeding I received my first period September 27 me and my husband had inetercourse sept 15 and had an accident we also had sex September 15 & 21 but used the pull out method my question is if something would have happened due to that my period would not have came right ? My doctor did an ultrasound on the 27 and said she saw no signs of pregnancy the reason I ask is because I have an appt Friday in planned parenthood for my nexplanon and wanna know what you ladies would do or think should I be fine ?
