clotting on the pill no flow? help!! 😫

recently my periods were quite short like 3 or frequently less days and I started taking levelen ed, when I was on this I got my period around Tuesday on the sugar pills for around the same amount of time but they were a bit more bearable. a few months ago I switch to Chelsea (a different brand of the pill) and the past two months I skipped the sugar pills so I didn't get my period. it's now Wednesday night and I've been experiencing period like symptoms all day but without any flow! when I've been the bathroom multiple times I've seen that I've had blood clots and the last one was the biggest yet. does anyone know if there's something wrong or what's going on with me?? please help I'm worried it could be something serious!!
