5:41 am havin back painsss feel like my period ! 😩 water didn't break went to doc was checked and 3 Cms & 80% effaced ! Stomach keeps tighten all night Nd day after my cervical check ! Which they say is a contraction ! Am I in labor or nooooo? 😩 37wks & 1 day !!! Btw & baby been havin my pelvic area hurting for the last cpl weeks ! 😩 I just don't wanna go to the hospital & be sent home ... any tips?

Download a contraction counter app and your contractions need to be 5-1-1 before going in which mean:
5 minutes or less apart in contractions 
Contractions last at least 1 minute
This pattern lasts at least 1 hour

You can record it all on the tracker than if yes, your most likely 5-6 cm dilated and time to go in.

If you are 3 cm then it is the very very start of labour but if you went to the hospital they will send you home you need to be 5-6 cm before you are class as being in established labour so get moving about see if you can get baby moving a bit faster 😝😝
