Are the poll answers yes/no for whether it's positive or whether the line is too thick? I think I see a second line and I do not think its too thick.

I don't know what 'too thick' means but I see the second line and that's all that matters so... CPNGRATS!!
I'd test again tomorrow morning to make sure that second line is getting darker! Best of luck!!
