Okay. My boyfriend confessed to me that he had a sexual experiment with a guy before, it lasted for a month. He told me it was just a sexual thing in college. He assured me that he's not gay. But honestly, I'm shock. I still don't know what to feel. I love him. I really do. But that information is really very shocking. I didn't expect that from him. I still do love him. But.. I just want an advice. How to deal with this.

I think it's easy for people to comment "what's the problem?", but most likely haven't been faced with such a situation. I get where your coming from OP. It might be a hard to accept but you did say you still love him so honestly I would personally try to just forget about it. Respect the fact that he was honest with you. Think of all the women who's men have done the same and they'll never know.

I told my now fiancé I had been in a relationship with a woman for almost a year when I was in college and he was like "ok". It was as interesting to him as any other ex relationship. Based on the rest of my history it was pretty clear I'm not a closeted lesbian so it doesn't have any bearing on my current situation or our relationship.

Am I missing something here? Were the two of you involved at the time and you're trying to deal with a past infidelity? Did he practice unsafe sex before your relationship and now you're both dealing with a possible disease or infection? Are you just now learning that he had a sex life before you two became involved?
