Cramping or contractions after app.
I know people say it's normal to cramp after being checked how far your displayed but how long after is the cramping normal? I had my appointment yesterday at 2 and have been cramping ever since it got worse when I was sleeping. I'm 36 weeks 4days 3cm and 70 effaced.
