Jogging in sports bra pregnant

My very close friend called me and told me that she was taking a jog through her neighborhood in her sports bra like she normally does, when her neighbor was driving by stopped their car and actually told her it was inappropriate to be showing her 28 week pregnant belly off like that and that she should cover up since she is pregnant. To me that is SOO inappropriate for someone to say!!! Tell me I'm not alone in thinking this! When did a pregnant belly become scandalous?😒
