White flakes in urine

For the past couple weeks when I pee there's white drops and flakes almost in the urine. I'm assuming it's discharge. I have no pain during or after but I've taken pregnancy tests and negative and all other tests have been normal. Is that a sign of infection or is that just normal? It's never happened before
