If you have an outstanding bill at the hospital your destined to deliver at, can you still deliver there? 😒🤔 
Don't they have to "see" you regardless of insurance or inability to pay?

If you have an outstanding bill, call billings and ask if there is a way to arrange a payment plan that's doable for you. The bills won't stop coming and it can really mess up your credit. 99% of the time, they will work with you because they want to get paid. 
As far as I am aware, they have to treat you, but if you have the outstanding bill, then wait till your contractions are closer together, so they don't turn you away.

I have known of hospitals refusing prenatal care visits but when you go into labor, they cannot turn you away. Sorry you're going through this *hugs*
