how to get rid of eye bags???

Don't say the obvious sleep....

I look constantly tired... I have a lot of sleep and nothing seems to be working. I look terrible :( how do I get rid of these bags? Anyone???

I've heard of putting cold wet green tea bags on eyes helps. Anything cold on the eye bags would reduce swelling.
