Frustrated

Went to the ER due to bleeding i was experiencing. I was at that point 5 weeks 5 days. They told me they couldnt find anything on the ultrasound. My levels were 876 my levels last tuesday was 207..they said wait 2 days to see if levels have increased took blood work today and have to wait for results. I just want answers did i miscarry? Am i still pregnant? Why cant anyone help me. Im officially 6 weeks today but im having brown spotting what is going on. Has anyone experiend this. The only pain i have is a headache and im gassy. Has anyone been thru this before?
