Wet, watery Milky discharge at 4 weeks normal?

Anyone else experienced milky thin discharge on very early pregnancy (4 weeks) ?
I'm 4 weeks today and literally constantly feel wet down there, I'm so paranoid that I'm bleeding or something that I keep checking in the toilet to make sure! I'm so paranoid since my early miscarriage 😩😩

That will happen throughout the rest of the pregnancy and you will get more of that discharge through each trimester. It's best to wear a panty liner

Unfortunately it's something you will have to get used to. It comes in waves where there is a little, none and then a flood of it usually at the most inconvenient time lol just wear a liner and you will be good.

I am now 11 wks 2 days and occasionally have this still. Some days I'm more wet than others and feel the same way when I feel it come out. But I have never bled yet this pregnancy. The only time I have is after intercourse but its only a small amount and totally normal.
