My red friend is a nasty mean girl :(

Super heavy period- just wondering if it's just me in this world.   Reading about heavy periods and nothing seems to help.  I know people say heavy is 8-12tsp - ha! I wish it was just that much for me.  I feel like I could seriously fill 1/2 cup.   When I use a super plus tampon and have to change it every 2hours or I'll leak- that can't be normal!!!   The scary part too is the clots.  Big black clots bc I'm losing so much blood so fast.  I feel so weak and I've been sleeping alot!
