Unfit Parents.

This is just ridiculous they had 4 kids .. 3 kids were found at the home.. Their home looked like a scene out of a horror movie a 9 month old , a 3 year and a 5 year old.. It really is heartbreaking for these kids they were neglected and the worst part is they may end up in the system separated .. I don't know what makes people want to try heroin I've never had the desire to try the mess.. If you know anyone that's on drugs and has kids please report them..
