31 weeks slightly bloody discharge!!??

Soi haven't had any bleeding or spotting this entire pregnancy I did a little over exertion today and I just went to the restroom and there is slightly bloody discharge in my panties but none when I wipe, is this pretty normal being this far along?

I had this happen at 31 weeks and went into L&D to be checked.  The blood was due to my cervix opening. I was dilated to 1cm. I was also having contractions that I didn't even feel. I am good now. You should call it in to make sure something else isn't going thou...

Definitely tell your doctor. I had that at 29 weeks with my son. I had him that same night. It's not always bad but it can be an indication of pre term labor.
